aspire design and home magazine, a leading voice in the design industry, is proud to announce its partnership with the West Hollywood Design District (WHDD) and non-profit organization LA CAN DO’s Soft Landing Project (Creatives Aid in Natural Disasters Organization) to present the first-ever Design West Hollywood. Taking place from March 4–6, 2025, this three-day event will highlight design excellence in the district while celebrating the strength and spirit of the Los Angeles community.
This year’s event honors WHDD’s 75th anniversary, commemorating its legacy as a global epicenter of innovation and artistry. Adding a meaningful layer to the celebration, Design West Hollywood has partnered with LA CAN DO’s Soft Landing Project, founded by Adam Hunter and Tamara Kaye-Honey. The organization is dedicated to supporting families displaced by California wildfires by providing essential furnishings and helping them rebuild their homes with dignity, warmth, and comfort.
With LA CAN DO’s Soft Landing Project, Adam Hunter aims to rally the creative community and beyond to create meaningful change for families facing unimaginable loss. “This is about more than just replacing what was lost,” Hunter said. “It’s about helping people rebuild their lives and restore hope for the future.”
Design West Hollywood will offer attendees opportunities to support LA CAN DO’s Soft Landing Project mission through direct donations, on-site initiatives, and fundraising efforts throughout the event’s programming. Proceeds will directly benefit wildfire survivors, helping them reclaim a sense of home and stability. Guests are also encouraged to contribute directly through this donation link.
